Take a look at your January 15, 2010 paycheck stub. Make sure all the benefits you elected during annual enrollment are correctly reflected on your paystub. If you have payroll deductions that don’t match your benefit elections, contact your departmental personnel office immediately.

If you selected a new medical plan, or added a dependent to your medical plan, you should have received a new identification card. If not, contact the medical plan directly.
